Twice a week maybe for me.

We have a 4 month old baby which has slowed things down, but in saying that my wife does about 5 things a week with different baby groups.

It's handy in sport.

Specifically squash, being able to swap hands to extend reach has won me a few points. It's also lost me plenty as it's a terrible tactic.

Our boy is largely collie and was an utter fuckwit his first 6 months. Being smart but full of energy is a horrible combo, especially as they always need a job, I.e. chewing couches. Morning and afternoon runs every day helped.

He's 4 now and an absolute angel.

TopicWine is just old, unrefrigerated grape juice
Pinotage

It's as complicated as you want to make it.

Natural wine is as simple as you can get; these are wines with minimal additives or intervention as you described. They generally have a cult following but are often objectively flawed (volatile, vinegar, should be drunk as soon as bought) but can be justified by claiming "it was meant to be". More traditional winemaking involves pretty heavy control and analysis at all steps.

I've been a commercial winemaker for 12 years now and can confirm everything in this topic is correct.

A side note, we do foot stomp occasionally - it's quite handy in red ferments as you can gauge hot and cool spots, indicating where the yeast are pumping. It's also a good way to break down tough grapes pre-pressing, there are some real thick skinned bastards (viognier, marsanne, rousanne etc etc) which may be too small a quantity to mechanically crush.

Pakistan are a fairly wild team - they can literally beat or lose to anyone on their day. Despite this, I can still see them steamrolling India and even winning the tournament.

Also for context, t20 cricket is a much easier game for the lesser nations. There's unfortunately a reason the minnows don't get a chance to play much ODI and test cricket (which is a shame for all parties).
