The armorer stated that the crew were told to skip gun safety training and one of the crew members said one of the prop guns had misfired twice before the incident and that his concerns were never addressed. The blame doesnt lie entirely on him, but as a producer, had he not chosen to cut corners, this could have been avoided. |
