I am so damn lazy so I probably wouldn't do it too often. But maybe later in the summer. I'm lazy too, but the process is as simple as pouring your protien shake in the containers and freezing it overnight. Making it after it's frozen takes maybe 5 minutes tops which is mostly waiting. There's some more minimal labor involved with different recipes but the simple ones are pretty good. Personal favorite is homemade dolewhip. Pour a can of dice pineapples straining the juice and press it down with fork to create more space. Top of with milk and mix with fork and then freeze. --- I wash myself with a rag on stiiick |

8 hours if it's like mostly water. I go at least 16-24hrs to be safe. Sams club has a sale right now for members that is 120$ and 3 pint containers. Best deal you can ever get for it till June 2nd. Normally 160$ otherwise from Sams. Extra containers aren't needed but helps to have different flavors made for later. --- I wash myself with a rag on stiiick |

Think obviously there is a disparity in amount of men and woman basketball player amounts. I mean she's averaging 17/4/5.5. The next closest rookie is Angel Reese at 11.5/8.5/1.5. Where are you getting your stats? I see 15th in scoring and 9th in assists. I was actually rooting for Clark to keep the momentum and prove the haters wrong while the hype is still high. I watched her last couple college games and first wnba game and that's probably it for me with the slow start. Interesting. Ive had the opposite experience where Strip has more gristle than ribeye and isnt as tender. Some ribeyes have too much stuff between the cap and eye of the steaks and the ends. Strips to me most the time just has the fat on the one side and I'm okay with some chew. And with price not a thing would get a well marbled prime strip is tender enough. If choosing a choice grade, I would opt for ribeye though because even a choice ribeye has decent fat inside the muscles. --- I wash myself with a rag on stiiick |

Never had it because of price but wrapped up ribeye cap would be really tasty. Feel like ribeye is good but too many times it comes with unnecessary fat and gristle.
