Second post of the day. I am open to anything even if I am eyeing some Final Fantasy games I have been holding off on buying on Steam(X/X-2 so I can own it on Steam, 15, and 3 Pixel Remaster).

Other than that I'd love anything and am fairly open minded.

Dancing Cactuar gifted me Steins;Gate. I remember loving the anime and trying to start the VN on PS3 but life events kept popping up to prevent me from finishing it. Well, it's time to finally settle down and go through it, since I love a good visual novel and finish it.

I didn't see the episode in question, but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt since the show usually *tries* to make sense when it blatantly breaks the game rules to give Ash the advantage. (Like trying to explain that Treeko was weak to Pikachu's electricity because grass resistance only applies when they're grounded)

...but this is the same show with thunder armor so...

I always thought the whole Thunder Armor thing was a way to show Guts in the anime.

Try that but with Star Wars. I watch a few Star Wars clips and now my algorithm is plagued with the same 5+ hour videos of people telling me why the Sequel Trilogy sucks. I do not like the sequels at all but it gets tiresome seeing them even when I click not interested.

This reminds me I was in a Discord server from people in a Twitter/Bluesky community talking about various things and the Discord leader secretly hated a group of people but kept them in because people liked them and they were good at advertising the discord.

One day another person leaked a separate discord for NSFW material there to that Discord leader and said leader used them posting NSFW anime porn as an excuse to make a 30-40 page callout thread and said porn was the tamest thing you can think of for anime and said separate Discord was designed for that stuff, away from eyes who don't want it. It wasn't even the messed up stuff. But it was enough to have people hound them and chase them off the sites for good.

And a lot of messiness could have been avoided if the person went "I don't like your vibes, I am kicking you out" instead of looking for an excuse and only used them for clout and advertisement until they were no longer needed.

So I would kick people out if I had uncomfortable vibes.

This topic reminds me of some webcomic strip of some guy saying he'll drop everything that was made by problematic people or straight up corrupt assholes and the next panel had him in a blank, white room with nothing in it with him saying "At least I have my morals".

Sounds like some sort of mental breakdown then, I'd reach out to their family (if I can) with my concerns about their behavior and try to get them some help.

This happens every year with them ever since tragedy in their life for the past decade or so. And the worst part is they'd be willing to cut off their family if they question or ask for evidence on what is going on so.

Had this happen to me before. They act like this and then a few weeks later they're back to normal.

Ask a mutual friend if they know what I supposedly did, and if they don't then see if they can find out for me.

And I did this too and their response is to cut off all mutuals and say they're against them too like it is some grand conspiracy.

I have been trying to clear a Savage tier but I kind of gave up entirely. My FC usually goes into Statics away from the FC and by the time they come back, they're burnt out until next patch. PF was a nightmare to the point I can't get any progress down. And almost all of my friends are either super hardcore and burnt themselves out on raiding to even bring me in or super casual and don't even touch Extremes.

So I kind of gave up personally. It's less the content itself and actually trying to get into it which is harder. It doesn't help I have people doubting my skills to begin with and don't even bother with me.

I can name a few users who if what they say end up being true, every single living organism would be dead the moment I get the money.
