I started teaching in 2007 and these were still a thing my first few years. Had to order 50 packs of transparency sheets and make copies of what I wanted to project on them.

Ive been getting Asics or Saucony for 40-60 per pair the last few years. If you are actually running you may not need a 100 pair, but you dont want garbage either. Knee/back/foot problems are not worth saving a bit on shoes. I ran on the cheapest things I could in middle school and ended up with a nasty bout of plantar fasciitis. I usually replace every 500 miles, which for me at this point is twice a year.

4 is pretty on the rails, good starting point, not too tough and unless you farm rare drops not a long play through

I go Asics or Saucony. My feet are a bit wide so they tend to fit best. Ive gotten New Balance a few time an and they were meh for me. Brooks aggravated a tendon in my toe.
