AlsoYour recidivism rates are horrible because your system is not set up to rehabilitate. It's set up to punish, isolate, and basically encourage recidivism to keep your slave labor and for profit prisons stocked. Taking voting rights away is not a deterrent. It's a way of isolating and excluding people from important aspects of society.
