On the topic of Constantine, I recently replayed PLvPW actually, and there's a line that Luke has in the game regarding him that I just cannot free from my brain, and I would like to posit this and see if anyone else might have a better time trying to parse anything from this. For the record, there is no context to this, other than Maya calling Constantine the Dog of the Order.

Wow that is LOW for Spark. I had his highest ranking wow. He gets a bad rap for being in a bad case in a bad game with a bad design and a bad perceive, but as a character, he's legitimately helpful and trying to help the people close to him.

Gaku is definitely not my least favorite character in the game. He has more than a few scenes where he gets strangely confident and helpful, or his personality quirks are subdued and he's actually normal and nice. Which is so much more than I can say for Little Miss "literally all I can talk about is how everyone is beneath me and/or a pervert".

Never followed the anime or Love Live, so I'm TRULY going in blind here, but it's scratching a very similar itch as Pocket Card Jockey, so I'm really enjoying it.

E: Holy shit, I just read through the full list of patch notes and everything here is a FANTASTIC change, that targets a lot of my major complaints.

1. Chapter Select actually takes you to the choice instead of 3 minutes before the choice.
2. New UI that designates better where a character is in a particular hallway, instead of just "yeah they're there somewhere."
3. Gift-making lets you select the person first, so you don't make something Nozomi likes only to find out she's not available all of a sudden.
4. Saving and Loading goes back to the position you last saved in, so if you're a save rotator, you don't have to scroll down every time anymore.
5. LMAO THEY BUFFED TSUBASA HAHAHAHA yes of course, that's EXACTLY the balance change we needed.

From what I've seen, his best team is actually just three of Sunday/Bronya/Tingyun/RMC. So even if you don't have Sunday, you've got three F2P options right there for you.

I don't know if this is my influence spreading or if we just accompany the same online space, but either way I'm so glad someone else enjoys this phrase as much as I do. Whenever an online game allows me to have a quote or motto on my account, this is it right here.

I ended up ranking 303 characters, and outside of the crossover game, which had some just in the shadows background characters, I only didn't recognize 2 by name.

I just have a near photographic memory when it comes specifically to Zero Escape, Danganronpa, and Ace Attorney.

Did the Zombie part of the slasher route, as evidenced by my last post. Love the ending where they are all on the pod at the end.

Then I did the Coming-of-Age Route, and confessed to Nozomi and we believed in the power of friendship in the middle of the final battle. Out of curiosity, I went back and killed Eito within the first two turns of the 3rd wave to see what would happen, but it just cuts to him calling me worthless and the cutscene proceeds as normal. Lame.

I can't imagine a game ever existing where the best way to play is to know absolutely nothing about it going in. But for both of those games, I think the ideal amount is EXTREMELY little.

DDLC: It's a nice slice-of-life visual novel until it isn't. Also, if you struggle with depression, specifically suicide ideation, then you should probably not play it.

Outer Wilds: It's a space exploration metroidvania, but instead of getting actual upgrades, you get information that allows you to interact with the galaxy in interesting ways.

Hoping I can get all my write-ups done at least close to then. I'm getting real burned out. Currently at 227/303 done.

to Golf

I prefer Ryuki as a character, but I like AI1 better. Mainly because of everyone around Ryuki being a complete fucking moron in actually handling what's happening to Ryuki in AI2. He gets no fucking help whatsoever; they just leave him completely alone.

After doing the Romance Route, that only left the stuff behind telling everyone I time traveled on the Spare Eito side of things, so I went back to the other side and joined the Killing Game for a change of pace. Many bad endings and about 15 hours of playing later, I made it to the end there. God damn, that was A LOT. But that was great! Probably my favorite route so far.

Afterward, I realized there was a choice I never made to kick the slasher instead of jump out the window with Nozomi. I thought that would probably end up being a throwaway bad ending, but lo and behold, it very isn't, and the timeline feels like it's already fucked up, given who was found dead in the suit.

So now I'm going back to the very end of the route where Hiruko kissed me so I can let G'ie re-explain everything from the beginning, because I need a refresher here.
