Somewhat. The Mario Kart franchise definitely isn't starting from scratch or changing any graphic style that radically. It feels more like a 'Deluxe-deluxe' from that trailer. Everything from the last entry, but connected tracks now.

Dependent on how I feel about Clooney on any given day, Kilmer was my second favorite Bruce Wayne. If not that, he was at least in the Batman movie that made me a fan of Two Face.

The opposite for me. I end up feeling guilty at calling my own situation bad when there are a number of folks dealing with ten times worse. To put things in perspective, there were folks recently that went out in real life like James Bond did in a movie.

I can't really answer the poll effectively because I miss several of the options, and used to work briefly at Circuit city.

+ For some, they got to watch the character grow up from Dragon Ball to Z to GT (No balls!)
+ Her skills did assist the Z fighters on Namek, and she nearly got killed herself

+ Probably my favorite female character in Dragonball Z, since I don't like Chi-chi or Videl that much

And really it is my example for any other games I hesitate to try out. Ironically, I tried out Starfield thinking that I would dislike it and I do a bit, but there are great things in it as well:

-> Heat leeches
-> Terrormorphs
-> Having Sarah and Andreja tagging along at the same time (they will stop and talk to each other)
-> Departing in a ship (especially from Neon)
-> It is the game where I learned what Tikka Marsala is; I am not joking about this.
-> Cydonia's theme
-> There is a character named after my favorite Saints Row homie (and she can be recruited!)

It is more like a cursed wish situation. Today's games have the graphics I always wanted to see back then with Battle Arena Toshinden and Soul Calibur 2, but now everything else about fighting games blow.

Back when we had televisions and telephones with dials, someone probably said the exact thing about remote controls. Just like with any technology, the bugs and kinks have to be worked out so that we can look back on what used to be and call it even.

Heard about this too. Turns out, the prisoner gets to sit down now as opposed to standing, and it happens indoors. I always thought firing squads were an open-air thing (especially because of the increased dangers of ricochet).

I can write words and draw incredibly small.

Blah, blah, blah when I was young I wanted to make (trading) card games and had a lot of practice drawing on the paper cards after I made them. Actually spent an entire night by the light of a gas heater making a card game once, blah blah blah.

If I'm just talking about the insurance ones, most of them have humor I would assume is being written by comic writers these days. There was once a Geico tv ad where the gps in a car was playing the Cha Cha slide. Some of these commericals stick with me due to the wild ideas.

But on a serious note, hurricanes are one of the few weather events that will actively make a person wish they knew where Amazon's warehouses are located. When you were a kid, you would never watch a hour of the weather channel. As an adult with a shipping order, you likely have the channel on speed dial.
