Arresting press like that is pretty clear and cut 1st amendment violation. With speech there's various bullshit like obscenity, sedition, threats, abuse, and other things that can cancel out your right to free speech but there's no such restrictions with press. They can pretty much do anything as long as they aren't trespassing.

Edit: being removed from the environment for a few years has made me enjoy shopping at retail but I cringe when I over hear the stuff that other customers say

Met this girl on a dating app a month ago.
Had 3 good dates. At the end of the 3rd date we were at her place. I gave her a hug goodbye. She texts me later that night and says she wanted to kiss me but also take things slow.

Next morning I text her looking to setup plans. She says that she has enjoyed her time and that I am an awesome person but she doesnt know if we are compatible and also she said it wouldnt be fair to me to go out with me because she still isnt over an ex. Oh well.

As I've gotten into and later in my 30's, unless we are sleeping together or in a relationship (which we are not), I've cut most females out of my life (no time). Males have also gotten that treatment but not to the same extent

Such a shame. Rockstar was great with doing DLC like GTA 4's Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony and Red Dead Redemption's Undead Nightmare. Take Two and surely Rockstar themselves got greedy and only saw all the potential shark card sales and turned all the story DLC into half assed online crap.

Did they ever release those DLC's for the DE's?
