I've thought about it but in the end I think it's a line that shouldn't be crossed. These AIs are owned by big companies, and are designed to be validating and persuasive. If I used one, how would I know it wasn't trying to shape my mind to think a certain way or believe certain things that were more beneficial for said company? What if I got addicted to the validation to the point that I was incapable of dealing with real humans with their flaws and personal autonomy? I'm worried about how these things are currently affecting people's minds. Aside from that, my top love language is Touch so what is essentially a LDR with a bot isn't that appealing to me in the first place.
