Absolutely. Encountered a situation like this before, even. Wife and I bought a famuly sized package of chicken wings. We go to check out and realize that it's 90% off. Cue us running back to the meat department and walking out with so many wings we had to give a few packs away. Lived off them for two months. I'm in Louisiana and there's a lot of verification we have to do but its done third party. Rather than using my license, they use whatever government app I have instead.
