Kenji Lopez Alt's The Wok. I have a carbon steel wok that has been a fun change up from the cast iron and stainless steel I've been using for yearsNevwer heard of a Wok before I'll have to do some research on it. It can produce such amazing tasting meals and preperation is legit easy as hell. Usually involes chopping up vegetables, mixing juices together and dumping the meat in. Then you just let it sit while you go about your day. It reminds me of my childhood in a way because I can be playing vidya games on the computer and then notice a good smell to break away my concentration the same way my mom used to prepare food for us while I was gaming in my room. Whats for Sunday Dinner CE? Can you cook? What kind of cook are you a freestyler or an alchemist? I'm a mix of both. I like to follow the general recipes but I do not measure my seasonings. Its literally all vibes and taste testing to me and it usually turns out well. Today I made beef & Broccoli stew. I mixed some vegetable broth+soy sauce+brown sugar+corn starch into a measuring cup and poured into my Crockpot. Chopped up some potatoes and onions, broccoli and carots.
