I like the Trails series the best.

Customizable enough that your characters can do anything but each is unique enough that it feels like they're adding to the team. You don't have to dive into those mechanics to find success, though, which I really appreciate (contrary to Octopath Traveler where it is VERY feast or famine).

Each entry keeps the familiar vibe but adds a little bit more to keep it fresh. The turn order bonuses add a cool layer of strategy to the game.

I've probably put over 1000 hours into the series and I still want more.

i think all games should have an easy mode so that people can enjoy the story.

it's a good holdover between skyrim and ES6

this game looks lame or they showcased it poorly

the main mechanic is "copy all these items and use them creatively!" and they show 8 different things effectively make a ladder.

My only confusion so far is that Sister Sage instructed Firecracker (who legitimately seems like a joke) to kill MM, Frenchie, Kimiko to join the 7, yet she obviously failed. Do we think there will be any pushback from that or no?

Also in that same scene SS refers to MM as Marvin, did they know each other previously or did I miss a scene?

I haven't gotten to Azure yet don't flame me, I skipped Crossbell to play Erebonia but I'm starting over from the beginning lol

I don't hate the Knights because of how infrequent they are honestly. I didn't even have them in mind when making this topic, I was thinking more along the lines of Master quartz, link, break mechanics, etc

in that each new game at the very least improves upon the gameplay so it's better than the previous iteration. Some balancing aside I feel like each new title feels fresh yet familiar which is really cool.

Some of the more recent Pokemon gimmicks are pretty lame but I feel like as far as adding abilities/balancing/movesets they kinda make each new generation the most fun to battle in

Characters get mind controlled and they do bad things, it is widely accepted that their mind was being controlled, and they still get the full punishment for what they were doing while under someone else's control?

livewire i think it was called (bright orange) and pitch black were really not good imho

it's just the prologue + chapter 1 (so about 5-8 hours of content) that transfers over. At least, that's the playstation version. I think switch is just prologue and there isn't one on steam.

There's no real romance in Sky. There's just a plot. Zero is the first game where you have actual affection meters.

maybe they mean it's strictly between Van and one of the other characters like Joshua and Estelle and not up to the player to decide

It is hard to choose, also depends on if Im in a party mood or a ballad mood. Rush, Youth, Honey and 1999 are examples of the former while Talk Me Down, Heaven and Animal are examples of the later. Do you also listen to Troye?

I have a design in mind but I'm not particularly artistic so it will be hard to draw. Do tattoo artists do consultations for this sort of thing?

I can describe it and show other pictures that approximate it so I'm not worried about getting the point of what I want across, I just don't know if it will translate into a good tattoo which ideally a professional would be able to help me out with.
