I fully understand not wanting it to be a Sith. But I don't understand being so confident that it isn't, especially when quoting Sith dogma.

Is literally the entire point of this show to play out the Jedi learning the Sith are still around? Why would a show focused on the Sith revealing themselves introduce some new, unheard of, red lightsaber wielding order?

That said, I don't think this is Plageius, I think he's his former apprentice. He doesn't have the air of a Sith master, it seems like he's looking to find his own apprentice with the intention of overthrowing his master. That leaves room for him to be killed, and leaves an open spot for Palpatine to fill just as Vader filled Dooku's spot.

Eh. 42 seems long, but you definitely need to be counting deaths that take place afterwards. Lots of women die a few days or weeks later because they never recover from the traumatic surgery. And while you probably shouldn't count succumbing to the flu 6 weeks later as maternal mortality, dying from an iron deficiency 6 weeks after a bloody c section is absolutely a maternal mortality.

The landlord tries to evict her, but she can claim squatters rights, so she gets a full month to find new work, and can safely move again.

You are saying that this woman should be criminally charged, because she agreed to a risky verbal contract when she was desperate.

You might want to argue that this should have some other protections. But this is what squatters rights are for. There are centuries of settled law built to handle this, and all of it is a part of squatters rights. This is the type of thing squatters rights are used for 85% of the time. It's their primary function.

Gohan isn't as ridiculously out of shape this time. He's not "keeping up" with his training but he hasn't stopped entirely. He catches Piccolo's first sucker punch, he's stopped noticing the weighted clothes when they come back to him a couple hours later, and we know he was secretly training a technique. So he's out of practice, but getting back to his best is more a matter of mindset and focus than physically getting back into fighting form.

Biden doesn't want it to be completely legal. That's not a secret, that's his open stance on it. He believes that rescheduling and keeping it illegal is the correct, permanent solution. The pardons are good at least, but it's slow and not helping everyone that needs it.

It will slooooow the process. It makes it seem "less urgent" to fix the problem (even though it's not), so state congresses won't put bills on the floor that they otherwise would have.

Biden's intention is to keep marijuana illegal for longer. That's his goal.

Imagine a road is full of potholes, that damage vehicles going over. There's been an ongoing effort to fill these potholes, but only a couple a paved at a time. It would take another 5 years to finish filling these potholes. Instead of properly filling a few at a time, they decide to pour some gravel in the remaining ones. It's still rough on the cars, but ever so slightly eased. But now the holes aren't being properly filled anymore. Another 15 years go by, thousands more vehicles are scratched an damaged, and the road isn't fixed yet.

This will make it more difficult for decriminalization legislature introduced on state level to gain support. Such legislature protects the rights of Americans a lot more than rescheduling does.

As long as states continue to push, the rescheduling will be a small step in the right direction. If state legislature fails to pass because of this, if rescheduling successfully becomes a faux finish line as Biden and Harris intend, then they need to be punished.

This is only good if full legalization and extensive expunging of criminal records not only continues, but gains momentum. Any person that suggests this is sufficient measures should be harshly ridiculed, and any politician that does so should lose all support in the primaries.

Did your mom have a favorite place or activity? Maybe cook a favorite food she liked so she can smell it, smell is closely tied to memory. If she liked the beach, hold a sea shell so she can smell it, place it in her hand to feel like. I like to think that sort of thing could help her pass with good memories on the mind.

This is threatening violence. Trump, when asked to condemn a white supremacist group for threatening violence against congress, told them to "stand back and stand by." They proceeded to violently attack congress. Therefore, Gaetz is directly threatening violence.
