Rebirth is a good blueprint for future FF's...it just didnt need as many minigames. And Im also concerned about the scope of part 3 since they wanted to make a huge deal about wutai. Couple that with whats left of the game and you should have as much or even more to do than Rebirth.

Not having your materia properly distributed will set you back a bit, but it wasnt the worst thing ever. Now, I agree with the last sephiroth fight. It wasnt super easy to get to that last part, so having some sort of DPS check (still dont know how or what I did) was unnecessary.

Usually tofu, black beans, portobello mushrooms. Mushrooms can be quite tasty when properly cooked. Theyre still low in protein so wouldlnt use them as the main source on a meal. As for beans they go from the can into the pan, maybe add a lil bit of water and stir them til the liquid part gets a bit more thick. Maybe add some salt, oregano or whichever spices you like.

Everything in moderation; thats the best rule for life. Health experts have been finding good foods then later finding out their negatives longer than anyone here has been alive. As long as youre not relying solely on the same foods, you will likely be fine.

My problem is that Ive been having the same oatmeal with almond butter and blueberries for breakfast almost everyday for years now. Think I should cut at least a lil bit on the almond butter. keep it to a spoon.

Ive done it already. Im good with what I eat and its effects on me. Besides I dont have anything else (hopefully) besides high cholesterol. My problem is these youtubers finding some DR that aligns with their POV and trying to scare everybody else.

I eat a lil bit of everything, but try to stick to mostly vegan due to naturally occurring high levels of cholesterol. Seems like the most efficient way to lower it without the use of pills. Been at it for over 3 years now, but I keep reading on the subject of whats healthy....which may seem like a mistake now.

Apparently a lot the traditionally healthy stuff like beans, chickpeas, spinach and other vegetable are full of LECTINS and OXALATES which may harm your gut lining or create kidney stones. I havent had any problem eating any of that and I bet most people dont. Maybe its specific for kidney patients? Anyway most of the people calling this out are part of the carnivore and keto movement which is all I need to know to tell me theyre full of shit.

Right I was borderline prediabetic (A1C 5.7 and 105 fasting) and all good now after losing 30 pounds and a healthier lifestyle.

Wait...after a bit more research, it seems China HAS the biggest diabetic population by %. Even higher than the US, although the US would beat China if it was only southern states which have around 16% of the population as diabetic.
