I think this was addressed Joyrock's thread. Anecdotal evidence of "typical atheist behavior" is inherently flawed because the only time you notice them is when they're acting foolish. They don't walk around in atheist burkas.

Exactly. There's plenty of good religious people too, but there is a small vocal minority that ruin the reputation for others.

No it's apparently been a religion for a while now. It's one of the many reasons I'm ashamed to associate myself with atheism.

I'm usually reluctant to tell people I meet that I'm an atheist. I usually just avoid religion altogether.

But if someone says "God bless you" to me, I will say thanks. If someone says Happy Easter or Merry Christmas, I will reciprocate. Etc.

Pretty much the same here. If someone wants to pray for me or whatever, it's just a nice thought to me. I'm not going to turn around and be an ass about it.

Honestly, if a guy wants to go out and drop money on a game controller or a figurine, what's wrong with a company going "hey, thanks for supporting our franchise. He's a little something extra."

And the comments in the article point out that most of the additional DLC is already available in the multiplayer game, you just have to unlock it.

This really isn't a big deal.
