The problem is Freddy gets consistently outwitted by teenagers who are of below-average intelligence and makes terrible decision after terrible decision.

If they can figure out to grab him and wake up, quite possible that some of these opponents can too.

The Mach 500 was his running speed against the Flash, while the Flash was draining his speed.

EDIT: Not sure if the Flash actually DID drain his speed, I'll look up the scan later.

Black Adam is near to Superman, statistically. He isn't Superman, but he's above the likes of Manhunter, Wonder Woman and so, and pretty much is the second most powerful brick on DC Earth.

Black Adam BTW.

What? Gladiator's never lost to the Thing...

Gladiator did lose to Thor, but he was owning Thor left and right before he decided to be stupid and taunt him... and then he got hit so hard he lost confidence.

Gladiator has a win over a Thor, and kicks his hammer away. I think they're 1-1.

Well, I can't say I'm familiar with the incident, but I wouldn't put it past the Nova Corps having the technology. Either way, we know he is extremely resilient to higher gravity due to his ease of interstellar flight, his ability to fly around stars without issue-- and his extreme strength.

Gladiator is a fictional character from the Marvel Universe and the leader of the Shi'ar Empire's Imperial Guard. Currently, he is the interim Emperor of the Galaxy. As a result of his unique alien physiology, Gladiator possesses superhuman strength, durability, speed, agility and reflexes. In addition to this, Gladiator can survive in the vacuum of space unaided for several hours and is capable of hyperspeed flight. The extent of Gladiator's abilities are determined by his confidence level; and higher confidence results in heightened abilities (and vice versa). Gladiator is vulnerable to a rare form of radiation, which drains his power. As a warrior, Gladiator has a profound sense of honor and is utmost devoted to the Shi'ar Empire.

no, different lelouch. this one fights and beats pretty much every other mech in the series, with ease. and that's before his last powerup where he should have access to something that would put him in the hypersonic turf with a geass.

basically, entirely different powerset and abilities from the main timeline's. different timeline, different powers and abilities. for pretty much everybody at that. rolo's time stop wasn't as limited, there's actual precog instead of 'see few seconds in the future', etc.

Are these mechs even that impressive? I got the impression reading this topic that they were some Gundam-Wing level stuff, but here they're saying USA IN THE REAL WORLD could either stalemate or even beat Britannia, how the mechs get shot down by Japanese tanks etc:

According to other versus topics, Lelouch gets done by speed. Is that the case? Apparently, he has average human reflexes (on the level of someone who has good hand-eye-coordination, but below average endurance and stamina). That would make his reflexes much lower than someone who is Peak Human, and immeasurably lower than someone with superhuman reflexes like Hayabusa, for instance.

Not sure how this factors into this match, but unless he has some kind of reflex enhancer (Not according to other VS topics), it puts him at a pretty heavy disadvantage.

Anti-Spiral.

I've never really been interested in what characters can theoretically do, but rather what they've shown. For example,

The text implies Lelouch is invincible and with The Zero he can turn anything into nothing. I can see where you're coming from

What's the strongest attack he's shown to blow off like this? If it's above AS demonstrated power output, then I'd agree; he's invincible for the purposes of this match. If not, well, then it's not as convincing.

Errr.... Prime is on a convincingly higher level of power from what I know. On most sites (battledome, cbr, KMC), Darsh is considered Skyfather level which Prime and Monarch dwarf to insane extents. It's kinda tough to visualize what either party would do to each other, but there's really no way Darsh is harming a being like Prime, given that he survived a universe-busting attack before becoming the Time Trapper.

As for durability, the point I'm making is that at the level Red is at, super dangerous attacks are leveled at trainers often, and none of them are recognized as anything but human. Lance survives that attack in spite of being...well, just a guy.

Sorry, I edited my posted after you quoted it. I can see where you're coming from, for sure, but I still don't see it as conclusive evidence that he can tank Aang's offense if he directly targets Red with air and earth bending (Lopen already responded to this, I believe). If anything, the fact that Red was in pain and needed to block and cringe at those rocks being hurled at him implies that Aang should be able to take him out with earthbending, since the rocks he deals with seem a lot more massive.

with Red tanks the aftershock of the Psychoboost, a move so powerful it manages to leave his whole squad nearly dead in one blow, and so on and so forth. .

Probably going to need some context, here. It sounds impressive, for sure, but scans would help me out a lot more.

First off, saying Red loses if he's KO'd but his pokémon are still up is interp.

I'd say he loses once Red is out, Poliwrath is out and the rest are balled, yes.

Green's pokes were capable of battling without him even being there *at all* and winning, and while he is more of a raiser than Red, in a short-term situation they should be capable of free will.

Do you have any specific showings or instances when any one of Red's pokemon did this? Pokemon are like animals, or people even, and just because some are trained to do things, doesn't mean others can too. If Green is more of a raiser, than maybe that's why they can unball themselves?

Personally I don't see it as being the case until the whole entourage is neutralized one way or another.

I would agree... if we have specific evidence saying this roster, in particular, can unball themselves once Red gets knocked out. If not, I would say it's pretty much a win once him and Poliwrath are out.

But even looking at the few scans that were posted, no one unballed themselves to save Red when he was being smashed into the wall, or had rocks pelted at him... Heck, if that was the same Red that was presented in this topic, the rest of his Pokemon would have unballed themselves and gangrushed TR and their annoying Rhydon.

This is one million volt attack aimed at Lance, one of the two trainers who is of Red's caliber. No death occurs. You can argue he's more tanky than Red, but that is *still* ridiculously impressive and should function as a decent gauge.

By doing this, you're kinda assuming individual durability correlates with.... "trainer prowess"? I don't quite understand how them being on the same level of Pokemon trainers means his durability showing is transitive. I mean, I can definitely see where you're coming from based on their similarities (high level Pokemon trainers from the same universe, both human, no reason to think one would be stronger than the other), but I can't be confident enough to call it proof.

In short, I will agree that Red wins if I am convinced of one of these two things:
1) Red's Pokemon can unball themselves, gangrush Aang.
2) Red can survive and stay conscious for long enough after Aang targets him to send out the rest of his Pokemon, provided it is in character for him to do this once he is personally targeted (and I will note that he did not seem to do this against TR, but I will admit that I haven't read the actual story so I'm judging what I see in this topic).

some of those rocks are the size of his head and they are being flung at him at ridiculous speeds

To be totally fair, the rocks are in the foreground and Red is in the background, so we can't be sure about the size. Nor the speed, for that matter.

At least we should all be able to agree that it's nowhere near Aang's offensive output.

Yeah, these scans don't really convince me that Red has the appropriate level of durability. Certainly does not compare to being blasted through a beach house, which would actually require a ton more force than what was shown here. It actually shows him feeling pain (blocking and cringing) from rocks probably one hundred times less massive than a rock Aang could hit him with.

Looks human to me. And squishy. I expected something grand when you said "survive attacks from a Rhydon"!

When has that ever been Aang's first response in a fight? Red could probably dodge it anyways, he's used to dodging attacks from pokemon.

No one is saying it's his *first* response, but a likely response after realizing that Red is commanding Poliwrath when their fight is going on.

Again, guys, can Red stay conscious after being hit by rock-denting, blasting-people-through-houses air blasts (Talking several tons of force) or giant rocks coming out of the earth? If he can't, I see it knocking him out and Aang eventually winning. If he can, well, then he's not quite a normal human, and superhuman durability should be included in his description to prevent this confusion from happening again.

Another thing to consider is that as early as chapter 7 Red/Misty are surviving attacks from a Rhydon while they battle Team Rocket inside of a collapsing cave. . . Then Pikachu one shots Rhydon with an electric attack.

Scans? I made my argument assuming Red has no superhuman durability, so my argument is clearly weakened if he actually does. What exactly is he surviving here? Superhumanly strong blunt force? Enough to send people flying through solid rock (which is apparently the force output of Aang, if he wills it).
