Hmm. That might have been my least favourite of the bunch. I have to say I was hell surprised reading through the comments here. Now it probably has to do with me more than the actual episode, but I'm actually feeling kinda bummed right now. I had to watch it on my laptop because for some reason the only video I could find was in a format that wouldn't play on my PS3 and I didn't want to spend the time converting it.... I mean it wasn't bad, but I really wasn't nearly as into it as I had been with the others. Totally not digging the Jon/Ygritte angle either. I'm really excited for next week, but I just wasn't feeling this one.

Pretty easy decision as I instantly realized why Singing Mountain was left out after the first time unlocking it on the DS (not saying it's bad, but I don't feel anything was lost by leaving it out). Dome 16's Ruins is one of the few songs in the entire game that doesn't fill me up with great feelings of nostalgia. The Hidden Truth isn't quite as great as the Trial music, but it's still damn good... and Secret of the Forest is top-tier in a game filled with top-tier tunes.

I just marathoned season 1 last night, and then caught up with season 2 this afternoon. Incredible show. It seemed like it was going to be cut-and-dry good vs. evil when it started out, but now there are so many different groups vying for power I don't even know who to cheer for. Well... almost.

I've been rooting for Daenerys and her khalasar since the beginning and I have to say it surprised the hell out of me when Khal Drogo died, and I thought it might of been the end of her after that. But it actually opened up an even more interesting storylines and turned her into kind of a badass.

Pretty much everyone on the show is great though, it's hard to choose favourite characters or POVs when they're all done so well. But if we're just talking about what we'd like to see happen... I gues the best possible outcome would be the Daenerys taking the throne in some kind of alliance that allows Robb to remain KING IN THE NORTH.

...and for Arya to kill Joffrey. Somehow.

My parents are also awesome. It's really one of the things I'm most thankful for in my life since having ****ty parents can really mess up your life. Although I've never been concerned with Money, or success or most of the things normal people care about... I know I wouldn't have been able to live this lifestyle if my parents didn't kick some serious ass...

Holy **** this show is incredible. I don't think I've ever watched more than 6ish hours of TV at once, but I just never seemed to get tired because every episode is so damn good. It's 6:00 in the morning now... but I think I'm just going to go ahead and start on season 2.

Come on people, how many of you have actually played NHL 10? That game is awesome if you have a couple of friends over.

I'm kind of surprised by how many people dislike the KH series though. KH1 was great when I played it back in 04, and I only played 2 for a couple days before quitting... but it wasn't bad either.

If I had to pick the 3 worst they would be Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Smackdown vs. Raw and the original MGS... The first two I didn't buy. A friend found NGS somewhere and just gave it to me since it was 2007 and I was the only person he knew with a PS3, WWE was a friend's and I basically stole it without knowing since I played it once and forgot about it (I guess he forgot too since I saw him at a party a couple years later and he never asked for it), and I just can't stand playing MGS, at all. I wish it was a visual novel rather than a game, ugh. I'm near the beginning of disc 2 if I remember correctly.

I don't buy very many games, and because of that I basically love about 95% of the games that I down own. I'm curious to know what Board 8 thinks of my collection of PS/2/3 games though. Just name the 3 worst in your opinion, or the 3 best if that's your thing. I'm missing at least half my PS games, but the ones there are kind of hard to see so I'll just list them anyways.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure no one realizes that I'm impaired whenever I "do stuff". I've posted on the tail-end of some trips before and I'm sure I've posted drunk as well. In drinking related news, I think I'm going to become one of those people who drink alone. I don't really drink much, and when I do it's just beer... but I now live really close to two large liquor stores. Even though I don't really enjoy it, I do enjoy being knowledgeable about stuff, so I'll probably just start trying a bunch of different liquors in the near future.

Any suggestions? The only liquor I even come close to liking is top shelf vodka, so I basically hate it all. But I'm still willing to get into it if it sounds interesting.

I bought the Muppets earlier today after seeing it roughly 85 times over the past couple weeks since it loops on the TVs at work. It turns out I still managed to miss about 90% of the lines, even though I knew exactly how the story played out. Great movie, and the soundtrack is even better when you're actually paying attention.

I've only played for about 4 and a half hours, but this game kicks all kinds of ass. The battle system is off the ****ing wall. My only complaint is that it's almost too deep. Although they limit themselves to giving one tip/hint at the end of each battle to start out, you're killing enemies so fast that it feels like you're just getting bombarded with information and it can be quite hard to process...Maybe it's just because I've never played a game in this series before, but it's a little overwhelming. Still, the battles are incredibly fun, and I just wish that they lasted a bit longer so that I would have more time to experiment and see what works better.

Outside of battle the systems are some of the best I've seen in an RPG. Mixing is just awesome and while the Title system sounds kind of weird when it's explained to you, it's pretty damn cool as well. Gives you a ton of control over how you build your characters while remaining incredibly simple. The game looks ****ing great too.

Story-wise it's actually pretty interesting early on, despite what the reviews said. When I hear people complaining about games starting slow, I expect at least 4-6 hours of crap before it starts getting good (Sup Persona 3?), but I can pinpoint the exact second I started enjoying this game and I'm pretty sure it was under the two hour mark... "Tiger Festival" to be exact. Speaking of that... I actually like the kids in this game too. I generally hate playing as a kid in video games, but Asbel kicks all kinds of ass. He's actually a pretty easy character to like right from the beginning. Can't really comment much on the rest of the cast (although I dig Cheria) but there have been a lot of funny moments... this coming from someone who generally doesn't enjoy Anime type comedy.

So yeah, definitely glad I took you guys' advice. Mass Effect 3 probably won't be touched for weeks.

That's basically how I feel as well. Nothing worse than a good looking chick with some curves becoming a twig because some moron said they were fat. Well, there might be a few things worse...

Anyways, I'm pretty sure I would never date someone who would react horribly to hearing something like that. Aesthetics are incredibly important to me in all aspects of life, and if someone is putting on enough weight to make them unattractive, it's kind of a big deal.

Now I don't actually live in the same city as her, so I can't confirm if it's true or not, but I remember her being a "decent" size. Meaning she wasn't skinny, but I don't think I would ever call her fat.

I'm not even gonna lie... I'd love to see Santorum win it all. Not because I agree with any of his views, but just because I'd be curious to see how many people would actually leave the country. I mean everyone threatened it when Bush won again in 04, but I think ol' Rick is the first candidate in a while that would actually have a legitimate chance of ruining the country.

Isn't Punny the dude who can eat like 5-6 meals from a fast food place though? I'm pretty sure this isn't the first time I've heard of him eating absolutely ridiculous amounts of food. The only thing that makes me doubt him is the fact that when you reach a number like 60, who's counting?

Definitely Franz Ferdinand... only if I was able to observe the changes as a ghost. I wouldn't be fine with simply "knowing" that my death would change the world, I'd at least want to see what actually happened. Even if I was "dead" and unable to truly interact with the world again.
