Anyway, ep 1 is 95% identical to ep 18 (which is where it fits in the timeline). So there is no reason to watch it. Or if you do feel like watching it, do so after completing ep 18.

Except that if they were already winning the demos (or close to winning) with their endless reruns they had before it returned, they have no reason to invest more money. If they get similar ratings regardless of what they show, they aren't going to increase the budget.

Unforunately that article is just PR spin. Look at how for every other show mentioned, they noted what percentage it gained. For the anime they didn't do that. So despite winning the timeslot, the ratings most likely aren't any better than they were. Its not going to be cancelled but it isn't really doing well enough to get a bigger budget.

If the listing I'm seeing is right I think I know what happened. It shows a 9 month break for the last 12~ Naruto episodes. I probably quit watching somewhere in those 9 months since Toonami had nothing else I was really invested in.

Toonami ended in Sept 2008 on ep 199. They showed the next 10 eps on random Saturday nights over the next few months. The final 11 eps never aired.

One Piece was removed in March 2008, after showing all the 4Kids eps, and the first 24 Funimation eps.

They only showed the first part of Skypeia. I believe they stopped the ep before the main enemy was introduced. It was taken off around 6 months before Toonami ended.

Its not really ideal, but if you triple-click, it highlights everything, thus revealing the covered text.

Had one back in 2008 and got it drained.

Looks like the only person on the leaderboard to hit the 1% was Ricemaster who got up to 37th. (or at least, the only one to bet everything and hit, junk_funk said he hit as well)

I wound up 41st, glad I went straight up because I would have said 60-65 otherwise. Cost myself 3 spots by banking on Mario/Trainers but I needed a crazy upset to win a prize anyway.

Yeah, they did mention it in Season 1. Probably one of the school festival episodes.

I think Szilard only had an incomplete version. That Barnes guy from earlier made a completed version, but it was stolen by Dallas. I don't think Claire has any special powers, its just his agility/strength from joining the circus. I watched the series 2 years ago, so I could be wrong though.

Eps 24 and 25 are great. The 2nd half of 24 is one of my favorite parts of the series.

22 and 23 are mostly setup IIRC, but are still good.

21 is kinda weird, so you'll probably hate it, but it does tie up most of the remaining plot points. The final minute is great though, and sets the tone nicely for the final 4 eps.

Only got 7, but I haven't played that many games. Went 5 for 5 on the games I own at least. Took guesses on 1:15 and 6:30 and was correct.

Going to show this to my cousin tomorrow, he's played a ton of these.

The Toshiba is better. The processor is better. It has the better graphics as well. Also the hard drive is bigger.

Next 2 eps kinda suck, but they do address many of the plot points you've been wondering about. 21 is where it starts getting really good.

Yeah, 16 is one of the weaker eps.

18, 21, 24, and 25 are the key eps.

17 and 18 go together, so try to watch them in a short time frame.

Yeah, thats a very important episode. It set up the Euphy stuff at the end of Season 1, and Suzaku being Geassed is important as well. Also its was Schnizel's introduction and when they acquired Gawain.

Coincidentally, you watched the ep at the perfect time, since the next ep deals with V2.

When you get FIOS TV you get Funimation's TV channel which will allow you to watch a ton of other stuff as well.

5770 for 95 is good, but there is also the issue of whether or not the power supply will be able to handle it.

Where are those prices from?

All of those cards are $50 overpriced.

The 6450 is very low end and is weaker than the integrated graphics on the processors which came out this year. It isn't really meant for gaming. And since your other option is cheaper, I'm guessing that its worse.

If you are planning to play a bunch of games on the computer, then both of those graphics cards are terrible. If you aren't planning to game then it doesn't really matter.

You'd probably get more help on the PC board.

You'll hate most of ep 12, but the end is great and the plot picks up a bit from there.
