Ghost in the Shell, it can't possibly be said enough. The movie is pretty cool and kinda a classic, but the series (both seasons) are some of the best anime ever produced IMO.

Everyone's having fun while I'm still playing "What the crap is wrong with my computer". This isn't how I wanted the first beta weekend to go. -_- I've pretty much figured the only possible thing that could be causing my freezes/crashes now is that I'm mixing different brands/speeds of RAM, so I'm going to go pick up a matching pair tomorrow. If that doesn't fix it, I have no clue what I'm gonna do.
Anyway, I've only really been able to get to like level 7 on my Charr Elementalist, but even in an unplayable, constantly crashing state, this game is a true joy. The feeling of the world, the community, the quests, combat, pretty much everything is fantastic. With what little time I have tomorrow, I'm probably going to check out WvW. Augh, I finished the Charr tutorial (AND IT WAS AMAZING, it's really like Ayuyu said, it's like the entire rest of the community is in your party), but now I've got more computer problems.

Awww yeah, I got 5 minutes of pure bliss before I decided it's better to wait until I get that extra RAM stick. Playing with only 2 gigs of RAM makes this game just barely playable.
I've waited this long, I can wait another hour or two to secure another stick. Since Anvil Rock is full I ended up rolling on Borlis Pass with another friend, but I'm going to transfer as soon as some space opens up. Figures I have a ****ing CATASTROPHIC system crash the night before beta starts. Good thing I've gotten so good at solving this sort of stuff. Believe it or not it was a RAM stick that went bad. Who would have guessed that could cause non-stop BSODs and boot failures? Anyway, I've quarantined the bugger and I'm going to do some standard post-crash clean up things to make sure I'm in the clear.
