Just ran an easy 3.6 miles. Wanted to keep it simple since I also ran yesterday. If I am going to do a half marathon in October, I need to start building my base in a gentle manner to not injure myself.How long does it take to do those 3.6 miles? When i go to the gym, get on my elliptical, and increase the incline i can do 3-4ish miles in less than or around 30 minutes

Recommendation for you. When I was dating my wife, I'd take her out of town for dinner somewhere in NC cause you only have 2-3 decent places to eat in your city. If you want to get fancy, the Bloomsbury Bistro in Raleigh has amazing food. Then head to the Rialto theater around the corner for a movie. The Rialto was showing stuff like Studio Ghibli movies back in 2010 before that was the cool thing to do.So here's the thing, she actually lives in North Carolina, 30 Minutes away from Raleigh, whenever I drive down to visit her I always take her to Raleigh for food things, I'll definitely bring up the Bloomsbury bistro and rialto!
