From late March to mid-July I ran for thirty minutes a day, six days a week, then added light weights and core exercises after the first month every second day. I noticed some change, but hated every second of every run and, after breaking my routine for a short trip, havent worked out since. Maybe Ill get back to it, but I dont miss it, honestly.
