Japanese market for video games isnt that large. Third largest in the world but only 16 percent of the global market as of 2021. Being big there and nowhere else isnt an achievement.Unless I'm misunderstanding something here, I feel like this would be more of a reason to NOT cancel an entry of a region's most popular video game franchise.
