A lot of people like dragonflies and crickets and cicadas too! I know we're talking about people in general, but most bugs have at least a few fans. I personally like spiders and centipedes.
I haven't seen any bedbug, tick or mosquito apologists, though. Aside from talking in a strictly ecological sense (i.e., these species are important to their specific ecosystems). Though to be honest I'm not even sure of one existing at all for bedbugs.
