Subway is good. Much better than driving.

I did a 2 day trip of NYC, mainly Manhattan. I would recommend Empire State Building, Ground Zero, Met, Brooklyn Bridge, and Native American museum. For food options, you can really go anywhere and youll probably get something good.

I like Central Park but its something thats hard to recommend to someone. It probably is way cooler to someone that lives in the city than someone visiting.

Times Square isfine. Probably better at night and for certain events. Wall Street has the cool bull and girl statues but its just a street otherwise.

Broadway is amazing but if your partner isnt good with the English, it might be tough. Id still look into it because it was the highlight of the trip for me.

If you do Statue of Liberty, definitely do a ferry. Its unimpressive without it.
