Thunder finally suffered a loss thanks to the combination of too many players injured, road back to back, and Shai having his worst game in a while and we still had a three to tie it, and then got fouled on a 2nd try but toe was on the line.

The kids name is Nicholas Dickason. He said he flipped off Dumont during the Mavericks opening night loss to the Spurs. So, his dad told him to apologize. I was pretty angered by the trade, so I bought the Lakers jersey as a kind of show my opinion on the trade.

Cant believe I have to hear about Luka dropping 30+ every game for the next 10 years for the fucking Lakers

Dumont could at least garner some good will from some of the fans if he flat out said we messed up or something.

But I just saw his public letter to the fanbase and nothing about that. Just saying "well we fired him. Can everything be good again now pls?"

with the salaries it probably would be Gobert or Randle/McDaniels that would have to be moved to get Ja or Trae and Im not sure if the Wolves would try for either

Yeah if you're a Mavs fan who stepped away because of the trade, the firing alone shouldn't sway you into coming back. I dont know how you do go back to an ownership like that. They didnt even just trade the team's future away. More like they just... gave it away

The reason is they got tired of luka not taking conditioning seriously and were worried about clogging up their books with someone they viewed as unreliable

This alone is not the biggest stretch, but the methodology was the absolute most miserable act

In fairness, the Thunder have played the second easiest schedule in the league so far. That obviously isn't to say they're not great, but it's making them look just a little more unbeatable than they probably are in truth.

Yeah like obviously the defending champs looking good early means they are probably still really good. However, it's still too early to make any defining proclamations. Gotta wait until the 25 game mark. Remember the Suns started 9-2 last year!(25 game mark they were 14-11 and at 41 games 21-20)
