Maybe it's just me, but I usually lump 'AAA' with Ubisoft, EA, 2K, Sony and Microsoft.
As for other big publishers; Nintendo is always it's own thing, Capcom and Bandai Namco don't tend to draw nearly as much ire outside of microtransaction BS.
