I understand the argument that Whitney is not actually THAT hard in the grand scheme of things, but to me her infamy and longevity kinda pushed her to the forefront.Yeah, I sorta agree. Like, personally, I'd put the Drakengard 3 Route D Final Boss on this list no questions asked.... except idk if Drakengard 3 itself is known/infamous enough to justify it.
