Oh wow, that is definitely something. Both my phone and web are showing them still, we're both at the same level so it's not a level issue. Actually I just tried opening the boards page on a private browser and all the "Popular x" stuff also still shows up there for me, try that and see if you see them in private browser/when logged out too? Curious if you're not seeing the popular sections at all or it's tied to your account specifically.
Edit: ok disregard saw your other post, wew. The lesson is to stop liking so many games!!
