100%'d Trackmania Turbo

It lists how well you did compared to others in your country and state, and like 2/3 of the way to the end, I was the only one that had even completed the levels in the entire state of Kansas.

I'd have to say beating Mars Matrix (DC) on the default settings.

Ones that spring to mind are getting the Platinum trophy on Gran Turismo 5, beating Evil Within on Akumu mode and getting 10 stars ranking on Silent Hill 2

The one I'm currently working on is up there too. 100% Final Fantasy 12: IZJS on Weak Mode. Just got the last 20 levels of Trial Mode to beat

I went through my rarest trophies (using TT ratio) and it's Ironbro campaign in Broforce, although I don't feel like that was particularly difficult.

Platinum in X-Com required impossible difficulty and ironman. Beating Downwell on hard was also very tough.

Those would be the most difficult accomplishments, but not as hard as some competitive online games I've won. Winning games online where I really had to sweat, that's definitely the hardest thing.

Edit: I also did the F-Xero GX story mode on the hardest difficulty, but that was so incredibly long ago that i can't really remember how hard it was.

I had to beat Zodiark in Final Fantasy XII using only the Drain spell since I went in without the use of Scourge or Scathe.
This signature won't change until Chrono Trigger gets a re-release on a modern Nintendo console.

Uh, the only thing that really comes to mind is getting a perfect on the final song of Ouendan 2 on the hardest difficulty, and even then it wasn't all 300
It's tempting to linger in this moment, while every possibility still exists. But unless collapsed by an observer, they will never be more than possibilities.

Was part of some world firsts in FFXI

And whilst not world firsts, did do some early harder content clears in FFXIV before everything blew up. Mainly coils of Bahamut stuff before it was nerfed
