I am becoming increasingly curious how the original did some of this stuff. I knew a bit about Midgar but absolutely nothing about this part of the game, except for Zolomy and End Of Disc One (although I had no idea where in the game those events took place). I'm assuming the most ridiculous things like Dio are faithfully goofy recreations from the original. But I also wonder if there was a such a long and boring military parade section. And a
