I've never been comfortable with load-bearing surfaces made of glass. Do I need to be able to see my feet while I eat? Almost never!

It was so hard to find a nice 3-tier stand that wide(63").

I don't know what I'm going to replace it with though I have more options now since I'd long since mounted my TV.
