Do you ever use Shift, Ctrl, or Alt on the right side of the keyboard?

i think i do look at the keyboard when i initially position my fingers, but then i don't look at it after that?

i guess i can find F and J without looking... but i only type with my index fingers and thumb (and occasionally pinkies). the spacebar is also pretty big? as is left-shift, which is where my left pinky usually goes back to

i assume people assume a certain thing when you say you touch type that involves your middle and ring fingers making a non-zero contribution
