And yeah the general newbie advice is that you shouldn't ignore your low star Servants. Unlike a lot of gacha games, low stars and free units have a lot of use and some can be just as good or even better than their higher rarities. While you will MOSTLY be using the higher rarity Servants, you'll want low cost units to round out your teams.
That doesn't mean every Servant is good, mind, there are some meme tier Servants like Jekyl and Geronimo, but still.
