I wouldn't call the kill surprising when several people were calling him confirmed or virtually confirmed town after the replace.
Personally I thought Sultan's slot was doctor after the replace (I don't think he does that replace as town vanilla or as scum) which is why I part of why I was so against Isquen pressure afterwards. The one person who bugged me after the replace was Ben. While most players took a hard stance, his posts concerning Isquen felt very passive.
