Me as I start the endgame: oh, this isn't so bad. I don't know why the folks on B8 were complaining so hard about the puzzles, they're actually pretty fun! Just the right level of difficulty, kind of like midgame Fez before it became too obnoxious. Definitely digging the puzzles.
Me, 30 minutes later: oh that's what they meant. Okay yeah this is dumb.
Me, an hour later, looking at a walkthrough: are you serious? You cannot be serious. This cannot be the solution. They cannot expect someone to guess that they have to do this.
I was laughing so hard at the star puzzle in the water where you have to wait 60 seconds with the volume down to zero. How the fuck do they expect anyone to guess that?
It's far from the only one, too - you guys were right, the endgame puzzles are terrible.
