I have to say, after looking at BBIG's website I still have no idea what they actually do. They have a lot of buzzwords there and an incredibly general strategy (buy, innovate, grow). What company doesn't want to innovate and grow? As for acquisitions, there's loads of pre-merger SPACs out there if you want to invest in a blank check company.

I could be totally wrong and obviously Lopen's done a lot more research on this than me. Not going to bet against it, just not going to touch it at this point.
