As stated from someone else, all the quotes come from Seinfeld. The jerk store line is the one George comes up with to use on a guy named Riley. The other three lines are suggestions from Elaine (cranium), Jerry (zoo), and Kramer (wife), all which are rejected by George cause he wants to use the jerk store comeback.

Looking back, it's probably one of my 5 favorite episodes of Seinfeld, but I've never taken into consideration what else would be in that 5 besides The Pothole.
