No. Caucasian food is food from Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, etc.


No. It's not exclusive to the Caucasus. That might be the origin but it's used as a synonym for white people and usually more specifically Europe and North Africa. If you actually think he meant Armenian cuisine or Azerbaijani dishes and not generic white person food then I don't know how to help you.
