Welcome to the 2017 Horror Icons tournament, Every few years I try to do this in October because I've spent my life loving horror and well, what better time to do these during the Halloween season.
Rules:
1. You can vote in as many of the daily matches as you want.
2. Matches will last 24 hours and will usually start around midnight EST. I may start a day earlier if work interferes with my sleep, but matches will still last 24 hours.
3. Ties will be broken the the next day with a bonus tiebreaker match. If the match is still a tie after the first tiebreaker, we will do a third match which I will abstain from and only vote if the results end in a third tie.

I honestly think this may be the most interesting match of the elite eight. Horseman seems to be the dark horse/Cinderella story of the contest, something looking back at stats he was in his debut in 2014. With the exception of Norman and Poe, he has at least doubled his opponent both years. That all being said, Hannibal isn't a one seed for no reason. He may not be as dominant but one could argue that his matches have been harder even with the seed advantage. The cannibal is looking to make it back to the final four and the only thing stopping him is the Horseman. Might be time to head to the bridge my friend.
