it's gone up about 3 years since 30 years ago, when we were actually born
pretty sure FT has mis-stated the statistics - that it was supposed to be that a woman's average age for having a child
now
is 31-33. there's no way, that when you include everyone alive now, that the average age of their mother at their birth was that old.
