I like his design, and I like his game series.
Though I actually liked it a little less in Returns when they full "cartoony badass" but maybe it's because he didn't have an equally badass K. Rool to play against.

He's kinda inoffensive, but also fairly useless. He is a fun character but really is so minor in anything, even stuff he stars in, simply because he doesn't have enough shown in terms of personality. It's just angry, loves bananas, and blond girls.

I like heavy weights, but he feels too dishonest. His bair is powerful, and he has nice tilts, but most people just dingdong with him. I don't really use any characters that have an inescapable kill confirm, and upthrow into uair isn't really satisfying, whether you lose to it or win with it.
