Whats the Best game not listed under "Notable Games" for 97 and 99?

There are a lot of pretty awesome games not mentioned on the front page today between 1997 and 1999.

Seriously there's not even enough room in the poll for all these games, but they still deserved to be mentioned.

first 4 options are from 1997 and 5-9 are 1999.

Resident Evil 3 followed closely by Dino Crisis.

Really happy though my favorite '99 game Silent Hill got into the match pic!

Some others would be Diddy Kong Racing and Wild arms in 97 as well as Mario golf and Pokemon Snap in 99.

Only reason I even voted for 1997; I thought 1999 was the stronger overall year.

I'm going with Star Fox 64 here.

I haven't played it yet, but Heroes of Might & Magic 3 was released during 1999, and fan consensus seems to be it was the height of the series.
Best Year in Gaming Stats: 9/10 correct match picks and 9/10 points so far.
