Would you introduce yourself as an 'alpha male' (or alpha female)?

Been watching the current Amazing Race and a person declared himself an alpha male. So a hypothetical question: would you say to someone you just meet?

Hi, I'm Raka_Putra, and I'm an alpha male. Pleased to meet you.

For one thing, the whole alpha/omega dynamic doesn't even exist in the wild - it started from forcing completely unrelated wolves into a small enclosure where they would feel like they had to fight for resources.

Wolf packs are families, with the leaders naturally being the parents.

Second of all, no. I'm not a pretentious blowhard. Introducing yourself as an alpha male, even if you were hitting on me, would be the fastest way for me to put you on my "will not contact again" list.

Pretty much. I've never heard someone refer to themselves as an alpha male, even on the internet. I was at a party a couple weeks ago where a grown man referred to himself as a "child prodigy" and it was one of the most groan-inducing things I had ever heard.

I haven't seen the clip, but I could imagine this as a response if the conversation were headed in a certain direction. Not apropos of nothing though

This is incredibly useful, saving many people time and annoyance. For this reason, I recommend that anyone who considers themselves to be an alpha to disclose this upon first meeting.
