If you choose the summon, you gain the lifetime ability to materialize one McDonalds Filet-O-Fish (with or w/o cheese and/or tartar sauce) for you to eat per day.

You cannot give the sandwich away, sell it, or use any other loophole otherwise to customize the sandwich into anything other than a standard McDs FoF. You cannot do anything other than eat the sandwich. You also cannot stack or save the sandwiches to build up anything more than one per day. You do not need to use it daily. Up to you whenever you want to call the sandwich or not, skipping days, weeks, etc is perfectly fine. The power will never go away.

Since this is a magic scenario anyway let me set the stipulation that the fish is gluten free and that soft bun that tastes so yummy stays the same but is also gluten free. In that case give me magic fish baby. I was never very high on McDonalds but I did like those fish, and yeah 1 sandwich a day would make a nice snack.

I'll take the power. It's not super useful, but I wouldn't mind eating it once in a while which would save me more than $85. Plus it could be useful if I'm ever in a situation where I'm hungry and can't get any other decent food for some reason.

Money. Easy choice.

While I do occasionally eat at McDonalds, I've had a Filet-o-Fish only once in my life, and that time, I regretted trying it.

A lot of other (non-dessert) McDonalds food choices, I would lean towards the ability. For this particular one though? Gimme the money.

If it's like the ideal version you might see in a commercial, sure. The rare times I've tried fish sandwiches there was practically more breading than fish.

I'm not seeing any restriction from performing the magic trick for an audience and charging for it, you just cannot give away the sandwich.
