no

initial oath of enlistment is done at a military entrance processing station, aka an office building rented by the military for doing medical exams and handling paperwork to cut contracts for new recruits.

Later oaths are made at re-enlistment and are very personal since, outside of rare cases, you're enlisting on your own and kinda dictate the terms of it to some extent. I can't imagine someone convinced Trump to do this for *one* person.
