I water floss every single day and sometimes twice a day. Manual floss however I've gotten pretty lazy with and probably haven't done it in a couple weeks.

I've still got my wisdom teeth so those things are a godsend.

I brush twice a day, use floss and toothpicks every night, and occasionally use non-alcohol listerine. Dentists consider me a good boy with good teeth.

Daily. If I happen to miss a night, Ill do it the following morning. I used to never do it, but now I cant stand shit in my teeth.

Ill do it 2x a day if I eat something like broccoli or whatever which tends to get extra stuck all up in there.

People that use these, do you use a different pick for each tooth? I know for regular floss, you do not use the same segment of floss per tooth. I got one of those handles that can hold regular floss for my back teeth.

Ill be totally honest, flossing didnt become a daily thing for me until a few years ago. Ive always been diligent with my dental wellness, but could never get into the habit of flossing for whatever reason. I now floss once a day at minimum. Twice if necessary.

Hell yes. Line floss, at night. Doing it in the morning seems way too extra for me.

I use similar things. They really do make it easy and the plastic picks at the end make it easy to get under my permanent retainer.

Nah, but I rinse the pick after every couple teeth. Or if I notice gunk on it then I'll rinse immediately.

Time is a funny thing, you know? I guess in the big picture of my life, you were only a blip. But oftentimes, those "blips" make the biggest impacts.
