I can beat it down a little bit until it pulls it's fuck you move and takes up the whole screen
Not sure if you still need advice, but I just did this fight and found this worked for me.
For Core Enforcer, wait to see where it goes and then run to the sides of the arena (perpendicular to where Perfect Zygarde is floating on the outside). After the initial Z shape is made, look for the gap nearby in the energy on the ground and stand in it.
As for the second attack, with the exploding waves, just start closer to where it hovers at the center of the arena and wait for the waves to approach, then roll away from it to avoid them. And then do it again for the second wave.
