Homeless rates are going see huge increases. I've been in my place for 10 years. If I get served a new lease at market rate my rent goes up $1000 a month. I live in Kingston which basically has no rental vacancy. Theres nowhere else to go. I would end up on the street, or be forced to get a second full time job just to keep up.
