Uh... if I had to go back far enough, I'd say Shenzi from the animated The Lion King.

It was more of a crush/obsession that eventually faded, but damn did I have a plush, toys, and such for a notable length of time. Totally not sexual, because I was too young and dumb to understand the feelings of "why do I like this character so much and feel vulnerable."

Yes, I'm aware of the multiple layers of odd. *shrug*
